Shipping
All (in stock) products will be carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 days from when the order is placed. Especially, fine art prints will be packed enclosed in a cellophane sleeve, with extra cardboard, and all inserted in a strong cardboard envelope to protect and support the print.
Delivery & Damages
Products will normally be shipped using the Austrian Postal Service (Österreichische Post), including international orders. However, the right is reserved to use a logistics partner of our choice and to make part-deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
Deliveries may take between 1-4 days within Austria, and 1-21 days for international orders (delays may occur due to holiday seasons). These delivery times are estimates. Although we will do our best to meet them, they cannot be guaranteed. Especially, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Also, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages on packages after they have been sent out and left our care. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be indicated upon checkout or when viewing your cart. However, we retain the right to charge for actual shipping costs that may differ due to additional/different items being joined in one order.
Please also be aware that you are responsible for any import duty/tax or custom delays, your purchase may incur.
